QBE Insurance Australia selected The Event Room as their go-to event management and production agency for over a decade. We have worked together with QBE Insurance to produce CEO Roadshows as well as their Annual Celebrations as a national roadshow. Each year we find new venues across Australia and create tailored events with themes such as The Great Gatsby Garden Party; Shine On; and A Night of Number 1 Hits. It is always a fun and creative task to tailor each unique venue to the dedicated theme for the year.
This event was held at the iconic Sydney Town Hall and featured a central cat-walk stage surrounded by a 360-degree custom bar as well as a number of aerial artists to entertain the crowd of 1200 guests. The Event Room manage and execute all aspects of the roadshow events around Australia including creative, theming, venue management, music and entertainment management, audio visual, and registration.
