For the first time in Australia, Lenovo showcased their range of products to their retail partners in exclusive invitation-only events around the country. With a 8.5 metre truck full of product and display units, we traveled more than 10,000km across Australia over two weeks to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
The Event Room adapted the format and layout of each event to suit each of the unique venues – Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf in Sydney, Bond Lounge in Melbourne, Lighthouse in Brisbane and Public House in Perth. While producing the Lenovo Roadshow The Event Room provided end-to-end event management services in the way of sourcing and managing venues, entertainment, freight, staff for the installation of product displays, audio visual, creative, branding and registration.
