Autodesk Australia and New Zealand engaged The Event Room to manage and produce their annual conference for seven years while it ran in Australia. The annual partner conference is typically held across three days and involves The Event Room providing end-to-end event management services by overseeing the Welcome Cocktail Reception, plenary sessions, keynote speakers, multiple breakout streams, themed Awards Gala Dinner, team building activities, exhibition stands, registration and bespoke event app.

With most attendees traveling from New South Wales or Queensland, the event location usually alternated each year between Sydney or Brisbane/Gold Coast. This particular year the channel summit partner conference was held at Sofitel Broadbeach in Gold Coast, while in previous years it was held at Fairmont Resort Sydney and Hyatt Sanctuary Cove.
