The event brief from the client was to create a Winter Wonderland for the inaugural Staff & Family Fun Day. After brainstorming amongst our team, we landed on the idea to take a completely blank warehouse space and transform it into a European chalet meets New York’s Central Park in the middle of winter.
Google Australia engaged The Event Room for end-to-event event management services, with The Event Room managing all aspects including venue management, audio visual, environment design, food trucks, entertainment, activities and transportation. The event was complete with an ice-skating rink, a giant snow globe for photo opportunities, live ice sculpture carvings, snow-inspired craft activities, and even a cosy lounge space featuring a fireplace and board games area.
