The Brief: SAS engaged The Event Room to produce and manager their Tech User Forum to showcase SAS products and services to existing and future customers and stakeholders. The conference theme and key messaging for delegates was ‘Make Connections, Share Ideas, and Be Inspired’. SAS required The Event Room to facilitate an exchange of knowledge between SAS global forum teams and SAS global marketing senior executives to ensure branding and event expectations were aligned. Our specialised team at The Event Room thrived and flourished in the planning, management and seamless execution of this event. SAS looked to The Event Room to guide and work with them across all facets of the event including: sponsorship; exhibition stands; audio visual; stage management and rehearsals; management of SAS’ design and website partners; breakout streams and workshops; registration and staffing.
