The Brief: Following the success of the 2013 Tech User Forum, SAS approached The Event Room to produce and deliver their Executive Roadshow in Sydney and Melbourne in 2015. The conference theme and key messaging for delegates was ‘Share Insights. Drive Innovation. Make an Impact’. We worked closely with SAS global teams and marketing personnel to align the messaging from a global perspective and to deliver back-to-back memorable events. The Event Room successfully managed all aspects of the event including venue management, audio visual, speaker management, production of custom stands as well as overall logistics and production.
