The Event Room offers the expertise and experience in producing all types of events from conferences to multi-city roadshows to staff & family fun days to gala dinners to experiential brand activations.
1 year full-time contract (sydney based & REMOTE)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our growing team to assist with planning outstanding and memorable events.
The role allows for working remotely and is an initial 1 year contract with a view to extend and grow with the company. The role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about events, keen to learn and is able to work independently to deliver tasks successfully and efficiently.
You will coordinate and assist with event projects and administrative tasks to contribute to the delivery of professional, safe and high-quality events that meet our clients’ needs. As the Event Coordinator, you will be highly-organised and have a sound knowledge of vendor management. Excellent communication both written and verbal as well as attention to detail are vital in this role.
