Event: 60th Anniversary Celebration – Industry and Staff Gala Dinners
Venue: Sydney Town Hall
Attendees: 600 pax
The Brief: To celebrate its 60th Anniversary milestone, Teachers Health Fund engaged The Event Room to produce two special gala dinners in Sydney. The key aim of the events was to highlight the true strength of the Fund’s heritage. The first evening catered to the industry elite, key stakeholders, and government members and its key aim was to raise awareness of their brand and outline their contribution to educators across Australia. The evening was hosted by the talented John Foreman and featured touching performances by Christine Anu. The second evening was a celebration for staff and their partners – a way for Teachers Health Fund to truly acknowledge and thank their team for their effort and dedication. Due to minimal historical photos and background from the Fund, The Event Room conducted focus groups for a cross-section of members which provided us with a ‘storyline’ of experiences and memories. This allowed us to film and collate personal stories spanning across 60 years. From this we produced an evening which was entertaining, informative and reiterated the message that Teachers Health Fund is strong, innovative, and a company that can stand the test of time.
