The Brief: For the past five years, The Event Room have produced the annual Cycle 1 Meeting for Novo Nordisk. The internal conference is traditionally held across 5 days and involves plenary sessions, multiple breakout rooms, keynote speakers, an offsite awards gala dinner, group dinners, offsite cocktail function, morning activities and team building exercises. Working closely with the company’s directors, marketing team and sales team, The Event Room have a great understanding of the client’s objectives not only for the Cycle 1 Meeting but for the year ahead as well. Upon receiving an initial brief, The Event Room presents creative and strategic suggestions including conference themes and event identities, which is then implemented for the conference and carried on throughout the year to motivate the client’s sales staff. The Event Room continue to seamlessly manage all elements of Novo Nordisk’s Cycle 1 meeting including venue management, audio visual, speaker & session management, graphic design and print, creative theming, entertainment, and overall logistics and production.
